Can you tow my boat in for repairs?
Yes, we can tow your boat in for repairs, however we cannot guarantee an immediate pick-up but we can get there as soon as we can. Fees for pick-up and delivery are subject to the distance of the location.
Do you do boat inspections for boaters looking to buy used boats?
Yes, inspections are an important aspect of purchasing a boat. Safety should be top of mind. We will do a thorough check on engine, hoses, wiring, leaking, drive unit and all associated parts.
Do you give estimates before starting boat repairs?
After an initial assessment and troubleshooting we will do our best to come up with an estimate prior to starting repairs on your boat. We will always communicate any variables that may come up along the way. Our suppliers are reliable and we can usually have parts delivered next day. We will always do our due diligence in researching parts however, some parts can be difficult to find due to age or the manufacturer no longer makes the part. This unfortunately can cause some delays in the repairs. Customer satisfaction is of the upmost priority.
Do you offer mobile mechanical services?
At this time, we offer mechanical services at our shop location. We may be able to make an occasional exception; this is dependent on the demands of the shop at any given time.
Do you do fiberglass repairs?
We offer fiberglass repairs through a third-party contractor.
Can you replace the old carpet in our boat?
Yes. We’ll replace your old, worn carpets with new waterproof foam flooring. This upgrade is not only about aesthetics; it’s a stride towards ensuring a safer and more comfortable environment onboard. The new waterproof foam flooring is designed to withstand the rigors of marine life, offering durability, easy maintenance, and, importantly, enhanced safety for all onboard through its slip-resistant properties.
Do you provide gel coats for scratches?
Yes. We use a third-party contractor for this service. For those inevitable nicks and scratches that every vessel endures, we strongly recommend the application of a professional gel coat. This specialized treatment not only restores your boat’s aesthetic appeal, bringing it back to its original shimmer and shine, but also acts as a formidable barrier, protecting its surface against the harsh elements. Do you guarantee your work?
We have a standard 90-day warranty on our workmanship. Parts’ warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty conditions. We strive for excellent customer satisfaction and building trust and loyalty through our high standards of quality and service.
